About Love 21:
Love 21 is a registered charity in Hong Kong with a mission to empower the Down syndrome, autistic and neuro diverse community to reach their full potential through sports, nutrition and holistic support programmes. As of March 2022, we serve around 260+ members and their families, providing around 120 monthly online classes (including different styles of dance, fitness, yoga etc.), as well as
nutritional, counselling and holistic support.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing Dietician consultations to Love 21 members including direct assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, be responsible for related documentation, communication and reporting
• Be the project leader in designing and implementing a range of nutrition education activities and programmes
• Work with a team of external Dieticians to support the Love 21 Nutrition Programme
• Collect, document, and analyse nutritional assessment data (anthropometric, biochemical, dietary) of Love 21 members
• Plan, organize and deliver regular cooking workshops and nutrition workshops
• Conduct monitoring and outcome evaluations to ensure programme effectiveness
• Work closely with external dietitians, clinical psychologist, personal trainers, and volunteers to implement Love 21 programme

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics or related disciplines
• Valid Practicing Certificate issued by one of the following:
  – Health and Care Professions Council of the United Kingdom
  – Commission on Dietetic Registration of the United States of America
  – Owns a Provincial Dietetic Registration in Canada
  – Accredited Practising Dietitians Australia
  – A member of Hong Kong Academy of Accredited Dieticians
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in programme planning or coordination
• NGO experience is preferred
• Experience working with Down syndrome, autistic and neuro diverse community preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English
